1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bosla platform operated by Bosla ("Bosla," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase courses on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lbosla.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Description of the Platform
Bosla is an online education platform offering digital courses for professionals across a range of fields, with an initial focus on evidence-based, practice-oriented education for healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists and nutrition specialists. We may expand our course catalog to additional professional and skill-based fields over time. Courses are delivered digitally through the Platform and may include video lessons, reading materials, quizzes, and downloadable resources, depending on the course.
5. Course Access and License
When you purchase a course, Bosla grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view that course's content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use. This is a license to access content, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any course content;
- Download, record, or extract video or audio content outside features explicitly provided by the Platform;
- Share your account credentials or purchased access with any other person;
- Use course content to create competing educational material.
We reserve the right to revoke access for any account found to be in violation of these restrictions, without refund.
6. Payments and Pricing
Course prices are displayed on the Platform in the applicable currency and are payable in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific offer. Payments are processed by our licensed third-party payment provider(s). By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; such changes will not affect courses you have already purchased. Coupon codes and promotional discounts are subject to their own stated terms and expiration dates.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at Bosla's Refund Policy page.
8. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's operation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate any other user, instructor, or staff member;
- Misuse the contact form or support channels, including submitting spam or fraudulent submissions;
- Use the Platform to provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice to any third party on our behalf.
9. No Medical Advice
Where a course relates to healthcare, medicine, physiotherapy, nutrition, or clinical practice, nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Platform does not create a provider-patient relationship of any kind. Bosla is an educational technology provider, not a healthcare provider. Learners remain solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment, complying with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction, and applying course content appropriately in clinical or professional practice.
10. Intellectual Property
All course content, including video, text, graphics, logos, and course structure, is the property of Bosla or its licensed instructors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted under Section 5, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
11. Instructor Content
Some courses are created and delivered by independent instructors licensed to publish content on the Platform. While we review course content for quality and relevance, instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the educational content they provide. Bosla does not independently verify every factual, clinical, or professional claim made within instructor-authored content and encourages learners to apply professional judgment.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Cloudflare for content delivery and security, Supabase for hosting and authentication, and one or more licensed third-party payment providers for payment processing. Your use of the Platform is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant to their services.
13. Platform Availability and Maintenance
We aim to keep the Platform available and accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our reasonable control. Where practical, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance expected to cause significant disruption. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the temporary unavailability of the Platform.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@lbosla.com, subject to our data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that course content will lead to any particular certification, employment, or clinical outcome.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bosla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bosla in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
17. Force Majeure
Bosla shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers. Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of such an event.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bosla, its officers, employees, and licensed instructors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
19. Governing Law
Bosla is a company established and operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
